Soo you have a boyfriend/girlfriend, and you guys are dating each other exclusively..ya'll like to go out and eat and see shows and all that good stuff..the age old question:
Who pays the tab?
Do ya go 'dutch'? Or do ya take turns?? Or is it jus whoever offers to pay??

I think it depends. Like during the first few months of dating I think the bf should pay. But after dating awhile and when you decide you might want a future with this person then its whoever offers. It may sound weird but it just shows me that you have my back and you're in this relationship with me, if that makes any sense. But in my case I usually pay, well most of the time.
ReplyDeleteI'll pay every time unless she decides she wants to pay. But I personally would never ask her to pay and I'll be ready to pay every time.
ReplyDeleteI feel you guys responses, but i have another question for ya. What if she never offers to pay and just expects you to pay every single time? Like will there ever be a point where it becomes an issue?
ReplyDeleteNo it wouldn't for me lol. Her paying wouldn't cross my mind unless she mentioned paying.
ReplyDeleteIts complicated. I don't mind paying and I don't expect her to but the offer would be nice. It just says something about her personality to me. It shows that I'm not in it alone but I could be reading too much into it.
